BRIEF: YMCA Birmingham approached CLIP to design and produce their 16 page annual report. The team at YMCA required an annual report that was vivid and bright and which also displayed all their tables and statistics in a clear and interesting way using their new brand. The team also wanted CLIP to arrange a photo shoot and design postcards to launch their new brand.
SOLUTION: CLIP’s design team and photographer worked very closely with the YMCA team to ensure that they had understood the objectives of the design project. The designers used their years of experience in designing annual reports to ensure that they transformed a dull word document in to a colourful and usable annual report.
RESULT: CLIP ensured that the design and print of the annual report was to the exact specification of the client’s requirements. The designers had four days to design and deliver the report once the photography had taken place. CLIP also applied the photography and the new branding to the report and to the YMCA brand launch postcards. To ensure exact delivery the Creative Director personally delivered the printed reports in time for the AGM meeting as the client had missed the print deadline which happens sometimes! The entire design team went out of their way to deliver a professional and precise report that the client was extremely happy with.
The team at CLIP recently completed our annual report using our new national branding theme.
